HVAC Install Lead (or Lead-in-Training)

Cheek Heating & Cooling is hiring for install work with a fast track to install lead. You do NOT need to be a finished HVAC tech — if you've done real hands-on work (ductwork, equipment swaps, electrical, gas piping, carpentry/construction, or you've led a crew in any trade), we can train you into running installs quickly.

What you get

• $20–28/hr based on what you already know, reviewed as you level up
• Direct training from the owner — small company, no getting lost in the shuffle
• EPA 608 and license-track support as you grow
• W-2 position (not 1099 games)

You're a fit if any of these are true

• 1–3+ years hands-on in any trade or construction
• You've hung duct, brazed, set equipment, wired, or run gas pipe — even "some exposure" counts
• You've led a crew before, anywhere
• EPA 608 certified or experienced tech? You go to the front of the line.
